    Did you "preload" the bar? After you tighten the ends down, you have adjust middle bracket. Preloading involves pulling up slightly on bar as you adjust/tighten bracket to touch top of Bronco.     Light bar comes with a harness that has a relay to handle amps. You wire upfitter wires to relay. I just installed Titan bar recently. Research KC Gravity Titan bar install on bronco and KC Gravity Titan wire harness. They explain wiring senerios.

    Did you order 4 NCS series in same beam pattern? Maybe bright one is a HXB or different beam pattern , spot perhaps?
