I just recently did install the flip portion of the top.

Did you "preload" the bar?
After you tighten the ends down, you have adjust middle bracket.
Preloading involves pulling up slightly on bar as you adjust/tighten bracket to touch top of Bronco. This should help prevent any "shaking" unless of course the Bronco is shaking on bumps etc.

A relay will come with harness.
Titan bar (8 lights) pulls too many amps to use upfitter wire alone.
You will need to use relay.

One more thing to add, be sure to follow torque for roof mounts
If this is the case, you can look at lense on each light to verify.
Only difference is the lense for each pattern.

Light bar comes with a harness that has a relay to handle amps.
You wire upfitter wires to relay.
