So I’m installing my light finally and I have a question on the wiring! I want to wire it without doing drilling. I try to find YT videos on it and not helping!

So what I did is drill out a small little hole on the weather seal and pass the harness through there. Its been 2 years and I do not get any wind noise or leaks during a wash or rain.

I removed the passenger side sun visor, gained access to the end of the wire that runs to the top of the windshield inside the plastic panels and connected a cable extension to it. I then routed the cable up over the inner weatherstrip, passed it through the small hole in the outer weather strip and wired up the positive to the end of the KC connector.

The negative side, I connected a little eyelet and bolted it down to the bolt that holds the light bar bracket in place on top of the windshield.

Mine is a Baja Designs lightbar, but same concept. You really don't even need to drill through the weatherstripping. Mine runs from the passenger side of the light bar, over the weatherstripping, down the A-pillar, behind the glove box, across to the driver's floor board, then out a rubber gasket in the firewall.

It sounds like a lot, but really only took 15 minutes.
