So I tore apart my Badlands hardtop version installing sub replacement. Notice these corner spots. On softtop versions there a clip or tie down bolted in each corner. My hardtop version it looks like something is missing so I want to fill this corner with the ford piece. If someone could point me to a part number I’d be very grateful.

If you have the hard top, no part goes there. If you have the soft top... there is a latch.

Check the 6 minute, 48 second part of this video:

OHHH.... so you want the latch even though you don't have the soft top?? Interesting, but here ya go:

M2DZ-78515A54-D

MSRP is around $650. Probably can find it for around ~$460 or so if you shop around I would imagine.

I would say get a piece of HDPE (high density polyethylene) plastic sheeting, cut a piece to fit, find the right bolt size, and plug the hole.

(I got a huge sheet off Amazon for $20. That’s a lot better than $460! 😳 )

I do believe Stickerfab sells a blank that covers that spot

Mountains 2 metal has a metal latch version for about $70 if you do think about the softtop sometime in the future

The one I purchased prior on Etsy included bolts to fasten but it doesn't appear to be sold anymore. I found this which is similar.

Goodness sake!!! That’s EACH. almost a grand for two plastic latches or whatever. I see how the are window catches for soft top versions. I about lost my mind looking for missing parts in the garage. The driveway. Like wth. Thank you for your help.

Yes. Exactly!! Man I looked for hours trying to find what I thought was missing parts when I took both my side panels off to install sound deadening. Goodness sake. It’s a perfect 10mm bolt I’m sure that fits there. And adding a tie down point makes perfect sense.
Great bracket, but 6mm bolt. I put the brackets and bolts on today, had to add 1/4ā€ flat washer.
