interior ambient lighting ?

just bought a FORD BRONCO RAPTOR and was wondering if there was ambient lighting in the cab and if so how do you turn it on ? also the ZONE lighting can you tell me more about that please ? sorry but this is my first Ford vehicle and want to learn more !!

As far as I know, all Braptors have ambient lighting. It’s only the footwells. On your main display go to “settings” then “ambient lighting”, turn on or off and it will give you an on screen slide adjustment so you can set the brightness.

Not sure what year you have, but up to ‘24 MY only the light blue/green is available. There are some other threads here on the forum that have discussed color options but it’s all aftermarket. If I remember right, it was said that color can’t be changed via Forscan but only by replacing bulbs. Try searching posts about ambient color options and I’ll bet you find some useful information

You can easily upgrade to color changing with OEM plug'n'play parts and Forscan. You'll also need to build or buy a small custom harness. A nice, easy and cool Raptor mod. All detailed here:

My 2025 Badlands has the ability to change ambient lighting color. It's just the footwells and as mentioned isn't overly bright. I would think Ford would have provided 2025 Raptors with this feature.

Guys, I’ve got like six or more color options for the footwell lighting on my ‘25 HE with mid package.

EDIT: I had my Bronco for 3 months before I figured out you could do this.

ITS A 2025

You can change the colors on the 25, I have mine set to orange which as mentioned isn’t very bright. It is under the settings to be able to turn it on/off or change the colors. Zone lighting is on the exterior of the vehicle, it gives you lighting around the vehicle so you can see as you enter or exit when it is dark out. It is also adjustable for which lights are used when you turn on the zone lighting.

Really, color changing ambient (foot well) lighting is factory standard on '25 Raptors? No Forscan nor parts needed? Cool.
