My family didn’t get me, and I didn’t get them.I agree. I don’t know what I’d do without all you miserable people. LOL.
Family sure don’t get the obsession.
I hear the base models are subject to the worst delays. Here’s me praying to the Almighty that the chip shortages don’t affect my Basesquatch equal to other trims. If they had an option to order with the technology of 1995 I’d take it. Less is more when it comes to that crap.
Ya have to laugh or will end up crying or an alcoholic… maybe both.
My bronco was built 12/6/21...and it never made it to delivery ....So I asked the family member who called Ford. He says that both times, it was people who had to be working from home and just part-time phone-talking help. First (old) lady last week said it was "produced" - and when he asked what exactly "produced" means, her response was "what do you think it means?? It means it was produced! And your tracking info is just like you think it is, Estimated Delivery 2/15! .. === no help at all.
last night, another woman said "produced" also and he asked "I need to know what that Produced word means. Are you telling me it's been built but sent to [I said Ice earlier, he in fact said:] Dirt Mountain??" and the lady laughed and said "Yep, that's what it means..." so she didn't use the word herself, she responded to it.
the whole thing just pisses me off. Especially since it looks like the 1/10 group I was in , and bumped to 1/17, there was supposedly a 3 day back-log. My Blend Date was 1/21. If I had been in production 3 days sooner, I might have got it. There are people with 1/17 and 1/18 blend dates who have been shipped apparently. Sucks.
that just means that the bronco hasn't been cleared/picked up from the rail yard yet. Doesn't take into account if it's even on a train yet.Does anyone know what it really means when you track your bronco through united road and the status is inactive?
Does it mean that it has been shipped and waiting to be transported by truck to dealer?
Right, and what I'm saying is that there is apparently a sweet-spot ... they get chips in and put them in currently-being-produced Broncos, NOT the ones who've been shipped to storage ... and apparently I missed a window of possibly-getting-the-chips-as-it-rolls-off-the-line by the 3 Day Window of a backlog. I certainly do feel bad for you too. I am a first day reservation holder also. So as far as I'm concerned, I should have been one of the first ones built too. Nobody seems to care about that at Ford.My bronco was built 12/6/21...and it never made it to delivery ....
