Heritage vs SAS Big Bend

I was checking out a Cactus Gray Wildtrack last year that I was about to make an offer on, and there was a HE/Robins Egg Blue parked behind it that I could not stop looking at. I passed on the WT, waited, and bought a '25 HE/REB. I absolutely love the color!

They are somewhat evenly matched. The painted top is far superior and the look puts the HE over the top for me. I may be an odd ball but i love the baby blue. Yeah yeah yeah i know robins egg or whatever its called. Its baby blue. The other heritage colors are cool too.

Lol, that makes no sense. If they kept race red and robins egg blue there wouldn’t be room in the lineup for black, three shades of white, and multiple variants of grey!

I would take the Heritage for the gunner port ( of has not been deleted), fabric seats (way better than crap leather and vinyl that so slippery it's dangerous with the non existent bolstering), painted hard top (for sound insulation and durability), cool paint scheme and great wheels, plus far rarer when cones to resale.

If Ford offered a 2 door Heritage in Race Red for 2026, I would have placed an order for one back in October. The Race Red Heritage 2 door is the best looking Bronco Ford made IMO.

I did the same comparison when I was Bronco hunting and the heritage was the cheapest option for what I wanted vs Big Bend.

For me I had to have manual transmission, painted hard top, and I wanted the mid package with Sasquatch. Heritage checked all the boxes for me at the price I wanted to pay. 6 months into ownership and I still love this thing. If you want a lot of looks and compliments the Heritage accomplishes that.

Absolutely correct...I look at cars in parking lots, and they are ALWAYS black, white, or some shade of silver/gray.

I also like the REB color, but the wife said grey azure. The white top, white wheels and trim. Fog lamps. Cloth seats. Switches for accessories (bye, bye sunglasses holder). Love this car.

If Ford offered a 2 door Heritage in Race Red for 2026, I would have placed an order for one back in October. The Race Red Heritage 2 door is the best looking Bronco Ford made IMO.

So they had some one else move in as brand manager? Figures. I get nonstop compliments from people for my 24. It’s in a heritage trim, color, and door configuration…..and heritage transmission

The used prices on these 2 doors seem to indicate that there is still a market demand. And even if it’s not as high as Ford would like I think they are cool bright rolling advertisements. Not really a Halo car but powerful branding ambassadors.

I am utterly disgusted with killing 2 door heritages, killing colors that arnt 2025 bland, and killing v6 options on 2 doors.

I will just keep mine and look for low mileage 2024s if I need a replacement one day. I could afford a new one but not what ford is selling…..so sad

I was close between a 25 Heritage and a 25 BB SAS, ended up with the BB SAS. I don’t think about the painted hard top, but I’m rolling the dice with the MIC.

I was looking for the most off road bang for the buck, not necessarily looks, so the additional bash plates and vinyl fit my bill better, vs the cloth.
The HE is unique for sure, but for me I could see it being more of a honeymoon phase.
