IMHO Never understood getting a Bronco without Sasquatch.
Why not? If you're not doing serious offroading with your $50k+ brand new vehicle under warranty you don't need the stronger front axle.

Rubberized washout flooring with drain plugs on the BD!
This was my reason for getting the Diamond. Dog fur sucks getting out of carpet.

If you’re not doing any serious off-roading with your $50k+ brand new vehicle you should have likely gone with a much nicer vehicle for what you’re actually using it for.. the 6th gen is a complete $50k turd if you just use it for anything else.

I guess maybe there does exist a small amount of people who enjoy cruising down the paved road on their super sh*tty hitachi suspension listening to their absolute trash audio rattling their kindergarten interior. Maybe they like the terrible ā€œleather trimmed vinylā€œ.. who knows. To each their own

If you’re not doing anything a stock Kia Sorento wouldn’t do then you should get something far more comfortable. Soooooo many luxury corners were cut to provide an Offroad platform at the price.. if you don’t Offroad then go with something that cut Offroad corners for luxury features (most everything else except for a wrangler)

Well I'm kind of on board given how much the price has gone up over the years.

But if you like driving around with the roof off, it's the most comfortable option. You don't need a Sasquatch to drive on 99% of surfaces.

We are in the same boat with a new 2dr as whatever route we go its not going to get sasquatch because I am going to put the complete Fox system on it with larger tires. Waiting to see how Ford does the 25s as I want the gearing and rear locker at least on the BD.

The biggest value item on a Sasquatch package is the axles/diff. Don’t overlook that if you’re actually gonna use it. Hence the value on a non Sasquatch badlands that comes with them but not everything else

Eh to each their own. I do mild off roading and my BB is perfect for that and cruising along with the doors and top off is awesome.

To each their own for sure! Also hard to argue with the top-off comment.. not many options there.

Tops off doors off. Jeep only other option.

I bought a non Sasquatch but got rear locker and 4.46 gears. Suspension/ tires easy upgrade when funds were available. I paid cash and had to keep the price as close to $50k as I could. I may or may not break the steering and front diff (I do some careful rock crawling). When I do, will hopefully have the funds to upgrade by then. Upgraded rack is on my list for 2025. 37’s and front diff in 2026. I have a plan. I like it better than car payments which I haven’t had in over 20 years.

So yes there are reasons to go non-sas

Fully aware and not too worried, the new 2dr will be fine with the 190s for what we intend it for.

I paid cash for my BD, and the additional $8k for Sasquatch didn't seem worth it. Especially considering how it appeared no one liked the tires and the Bilsteins were failing.
Have already installed 35" tires, have some WP coilovers to install. If I decide I need a front locker, I might go ARB since I already have the air compressor.

Mine is a fairly good example of a Bronco without Sasquatch. I was commuting a lot of miles and I was not doing hardcore off-roading (moderate off-roading is mostly what I do).

So a 2.7 2 door advanced 4x4 Outer Banks lux made a lot of sense... It still does, as I can get 23 mpg at 75 mph. Additionally, I knew that I didn't like the factory Sasquatch rims and tires. The factory suspension wasn't height adjustable and I could likely get a better suspension for the less money overall. My $50k turd (actually $47k) is plenty capable despite the M190 that came with it. Installing the M210 will cost me less than $2k (including rear 4.7 gears).

If I was buying a dedicated off-roader, the non-sasquatch Badlands is the best choice, as it comes with all the goodies.

Exactly. The sas tires and shocks are mediocre, the only thing it really gets you is the stronger front diff. And if you're not rock crawling over boulders out west...

Last thing I want to do with my next to non existent free time is to spend it adding a better Sasquatch package. I totally get there is better stuff out there and some folks love tinkering with vehicles as much as driving them.

I had an FJ40 for 20 years, I got rebuilding trucks out of my system with that one. I have the great fortune of having a commuter car so I don’t have to daily drive my Bronco.

For me Sasquatch was a no brainer, it makes a very capable vehicle even more so, it’s under warranty and I don’t have to dick around with parts. I can spend my time exploring up in the mountains instead of getting pi$$ed after slamming my knuckles an a frame rail when a wrench lets loose.

But having wrote that, I absolutely 100% get why you would want to build up a non-Sasquatch bronco into a bombproof 4x4 with parts of your choice. Makes total sense to me it you enjoy the work.
