I was curious what brand of Full Synthetic 5W30 brand people are using and if Full Synthetic should be used or it would be best to use the Motorcraft Synthetic 5W30.

That was my plan, doing it at 1,000 miles which is coming up quick and then every 5,000 after that. You can use the motorcraft synthetic blend or any full synthetic that meets the specifications. Just make sure you change it early or on time which is the more important thing.
I would say that would probably be why you didn't have lifter issues by using different oil then the factory one.Everything I have owned for basically the last decade has run on Mobil 1 synthetic, EXCEPT my diesels. Those all run on Rotella T6 full synthetic.
Had a few guys on the Ram forums telling me that Mobil 1 doesn't meet the Chrysler spec for engine oil on the 6.4 Hemi...But I didn't have an issue with lifters wiping out my cam, so I'll go ahead and say that it seemed to do just fine.
