Ford Discontinued Physical Manuals? Helm Manual Order Cancelled

I was shocked the owners manual didn’t have any data for changing your oil.
First vehicle I’ve ever had without it. And nothing on Auxiliary wiring. Not very useful.

Has anyone ordered a manual from Helm Inc recently? I just purchased a brand new 2023 Bronco at the end of May that was sitting on a dealer lot for 6 months. I noticed that there was no manual in the car and the dealer said Ford stopped issuing them due to a digital manual in the car. Digital doesn't cut it for me as you can't access it if the battery is dead or car won't start. I called Ford and they said to contact Helm to order one. I placed my order over a week ago and this morning I noticed a credit back from Helm. After calling to inquire, Helm told me that the order was cancelled because Ford notified them that they are discontinuing the physical manuals and only going to digital. Helm said they were told they needed to cancel all existing orders.

Has anyone experienced the same thing with Helm? Where are we able to get physical manuals without having to print them out ourselves?

There is some data in the Bronco owner's manual for changing the engine oil:

• Drawings locating the oil filler cap & dipstick
• Oil capacity & specifications
• Maintenance schedule
• Motorcraft part number for the oil filter
• Procedure for resetting the engine oil change reminder

However, the detailed procedure for draining and filling is only covered in the workshop manual:

• Oil filter removal/installation
• Underbody shield removal/installation
• Drain plug removal/installation
• Related torque specs

Regarding the auxiliary wiring, there is a 3-page section in the owner's manual that covers the Auxiliary Switches:

• What are the auxiliary switches
• Locating the auxiliary switches
• Locating the auxiliary switch wiring (w/ drawing)
• Identifying the auxiliary switch wiring
  • Powered circuits
    • Power distribution box (e.g., AUX 1)
    • Wire color (e.g., Yellow)
    • Wire size (e.g., 1.5 mm^2)
    • Fuse (e.g., 30A)
  • Non-powered circuits
    • Non-powered circuit labels (e.g., B1)
    • Location (e.g., Passenger compartment)
    • Wire Color (e.g., Brown/White)
    • Wire Size (e.g., 1.5 mm^2)

I was putting this off and may have waited too long... Tried to order one from Helm for my 22; will see if it gets canceled...

Order cancellation received today. I guess eBay is the only option now.
