Because nobody wants or needs a paper copy in the year 2021. Because the version on the head unit is searchable and works great. Because you can get a PDF version on that thing in your pocket in a matter of seconds if needed.
Great points...guess I'm old school. I like the physical news paper vs online as well. To each his/her own. Thanks.

It is sorta searchable and it doesn't work great. It doesn't even have an index page.

Adds 4oz to the total vehicle weight and causes a loss of an additional 0.0000002 MPG which equates to about 4 oz of carbon emissions over the life of the vehicle.

Because it's no longer 1922,.... It's 2022.
Don't tell me you'd rather use an encyclopedia over google??
Sure, until your screen bricks.

Supposedly the door master code is on a piece of paper affixed to the front of the fuse box, located behind the driver’s side panel under the steering wheel. Pull down from the top to release the clips and the whole panel has a hinge on the bottom.

As for the Owners manual, you can download a PDF version to a laptop or tablet here:
https://www.fordservicecontent.com/...Owners-Manual-version-1_om_EN_USA_10_2021.pdf I know the link says 2021, but it is for the 2022.
Good luck that code hasn’t worked for the keypad it’s basically useless. I had that code and didn’t even have a keypad. 🤦
I also would like an actual Physical owners manual

That's why I said supposedly... I didn't get a keypad, so I'm just parroting what other have posted in other forums. I use FordPass or my actual keyfob to get in. Keypads are going the way of logging into apps on the phone using an actual password..technology (biometrics) will likely be the next "key" to get into and start you vehicle.

I love the keypad been a fan of it since we first had it on an explorer. I do with is was wired in and not this wireless crap thing. I have it on the B pillar and use it with the doors off to lock the tailgate. I have the locking rear box and the console safe. It’s nice sometimes not to have to carry keys or phone.

Your door code may be under the dash, I forget where I found mine.

Is it accessible if you have no internet service, while out mudding in the back country somewhere ? The back country... filled with bears, and such ?

Disagree. I wanted one. So I downloaded the file and printed it out and put it in a binder. Wish I would've known about the above printed manual for $35. That's way less that what my DIY option cost me. :ROFLMAO:

To each their own 🍻
