I am looking at getting one from Granger, even though I live in MI, seemed like a pretty good price, I think around $2,600 or so, for a 23, 10 year, 75K miles, I do not drive the beast a ton.

Ziegler, Flood or Granger will be your best bets. Compare costs between the three, I personally have Granger Premium Care, 10 year/100k miles coverage. Warranty already paid for itself, it's in now for an engine cover leak ($3,500) and rear axle or diff leak ($1,000+) was repaired last time under warranty.

I bought my Badlands used was owned by an older lady. Looks to be very well kept. Looks like the drivers seat was only spot used ever in the Bronco it’s spotless.

But was presented with extended warranty and passed as I wasn’t sure how well it would work. Didn’t want to spend money and only to get claims denied due to “normal wear and tear” from the warranty company.

Would love to hear who’s best and how claims have been handled. Just also worry that some of these companies could be kinda scammy.

Best is subjective, I've heard great things about the 3 I listed previously. I went with Granger as it was the most cost effective. All three are OEM Ford extended warranty plans/companies. When I put my Bronco in service, now and previously, they always tell me what is needed in terms of service. On my write-up, if it doesn't have a cost associated with it, it's under warranty and they'll cover it. My two leaks (axle/diff and now engine cover) did not have a price estimate listed next to it and I confirmed it was under warranty with the service advisor. The rental I got with it too, was also covered under my warranty (that was nice, I forgot about that).
What wasn't covered and I thought it would be was my BSM/Cross Traffic alert wiring. That rubbed against the bumper causing it to chafe and malfunction. They (Granger rep) said physical damage is not covered, I thought that was BS.

Its a total PITA to get even new vehicle warranty entitltments.....from can't duplicate issue, to refusal of obvious stuff, to 4-8+ dealer vists, to waiting months for parts, to issues being conveniently forgotton as the months pass by.....on and on.

Frankly even the Ford new vehicle warranty is looking like a total scam. Aftermarket is a bigger scam.

The scam all start when sold X years but fine print states "from new" so you paying for x years but getting 3-4 years / 70% less than what paying for LOL.

Another vote for Granger. I bought my 23 Raptor and put the extended warranty on it the same day.

As far as how much it cost, you can go on their site and look through the chart of different terms as far as add-ons, length of time, and mileage. I've used Granger a few times and it is very user friendly. Just go to their site like you're starting a quote and you can poke around and get an idea.

All claims get handled by Ford/Lincoln protect, not the place you buy the warranty from.
So the “best” is whoever sells you the ESP plan you want the cheapest.

Granger sells the Ford ESP at a great price, IMO. I haven't had the need to use it yet ( ), but for all the electronics and whatnot, I like knowing it's there. I bought mine in 2023 so it was pretty cheap then, ~$1500 for premium 7yr/$100k and no add ons.

The Granger online forms limits the choices to 2023 and newer and under 41 months since delivery. How did you all get around that requirement for, say a 2022 with low miles....42 months since delivery, so outside their selections?

I was thinking you could do it within 42 months. So might be just outside. I would message them, might have to do the used car warranty.
