Thanks for quick reply - did know if recommended to take it all off to drive. I want to just take off the front and middle panels but leave rear panel on.

I heard that a lot of people do that, or reverse, remove the rear and leave the seated area tops on for less direct sun.
Soft top FTW

I have pulled the taken the front off with just to middle and back, I have pulled the back and left the front and middle. I have also pulled the middle and left the front and back on. I have also just pulled the driver's side off and left everything else. Modular run it how you would like.

I have a bestop skyrider and that is how it is designed. You keep the back portion on and install the skyrider to replace the front and midtop. Works great.

If running only the front panels, what holds them up? Doesn’t the rear shell support them?

I’ve been driving that way for over 2 months now. Only issue is your MPG is going to suffer.
I even left the roof rack on.
Merry Christmas all🎄

They all still attach except the rear most latches. I have run the top like this times.

So it literally stays on tight? We drive 80+ in LA.

I wud love to just take off front left front right. Or perhaps in a pinch front driverside.

Tops stay secure in all combinations. I have run many times in all combinations at highway speeds.
