I did not, not saying your company is this way but typically it is call(s)/email(s) gets no where and then it ends up at a reset everything and start over so I did just that. Just take everything back to stock and started over.
I did adjust these settings and it shut off the rear pods and I was unable to get them back on without applying everything back to stock. I played with it for some time and it would not turn them back on.
I do in Kentucky at our family farm. Steep terrain, clay, creek bottoms, mud and trees. It is fun to pull a hill in low low and watch the brother in laws Rubicon having fun too.

Forced it to do the update again and it appears to have been successful and allowing changes to be made.
Apparently it does not support a 22 Badlands with 2.3L with 7sp. 🤷🏻
None of the options work. Attempted them all after update, restarted phone, turned off Bronco and back on (accessory only in ignition)

I came out of a 98 CR-V manual (which I dearly love) it had power windows, HVAC, power locks and I put a DVD player in the dash. I took it places most CR-V have never thought about being. I am happy with the "New Tech Options" on my Badlands...
I would love to have this bumper for our farm duties.
I do find my ditch lights have saved me from deer standing close to the road and I think the Summit bumper would be able to take a deer hit if one occurred. I have definitely been sideways missing deer so save some of our vehicles.
