First post on this forum. Bought the wife a 2025 Outer Banks and she loves it. I've been reading some threads on 5-wheel tire rotations, TPMS relearning and whether or not the spare tire has a TPMS sensor. Two questions.
I've had good luck using the Autel TS501 to relearn tire locations on a 2010 F150 and a 2016 Rav4. I updated my TS501 software and can read the sensors on the individual tires on the Bronco. Has anyone had luck with the TS501 (or similar model) relearning the tire locations on a 6G Bronco? I don't want to break the wife's new toy so I figured I'd ask first.
Some of the posts that I've read indicate that the TPMS relearns itself after driving for a bit. Any idea how it does that? I'm guessing that there would need to be individual sensor pickups near each wheel so it would know which tire was where.
Thanks!!
