I know I will get roasted for this but just my opinion. Buy the wheels with the offset you want and skip the spacers. I just put on nice hub centric 1.5 on my F150 and it just didn't ride the same and felt off...probably nobody would notice but I could after driving it for 8 years (2015). Took them off and back to driving great again.

So decided on my Bronco to go with RTR 0 offset wheels and still drives the exact same with the just the right poke. RTR is much lighter and worked for me without having to do spacers. Understand if you want to keep the heavy OEM wheels but my experience is that you can tell if there are spacers and a lot of places won't touch them even if they are the best like BORA or Mishimoto etc.

Just my opinion get the wheels you want with the offset you want.
It is going to be different. You drove the F150 for 8 years and change something. You will notice any slight change including waxing the exterior. Just my opinion.

nitto now makes 37x11.5x17 d rated and fairly light for a a t tire
that fit on sas wheels with 1.25' bora i hear no rubbing lol and no lifting needed
what say you ...worth a try
that would be neat and maybe worth a shot. It’ll be awhile before I do tires, and I am considering the stage 1 steering kit from 74weld and OME shocks (+0.75” over Sasquatch) when I do tires. Saving the dollars up in advance!

I bought Mishimoto’s “Borne off road” 30mm spacers for my non-sas badlands. With stock wheels, it equates to roughly the same offset as Sas wheels. I also installed 315/70r17 KO2’s and have non-sas flares. I think the poke looks perfect and have 0 rub. Nice quality spacers too.

Any pictures from straight on, front or back?

I just put Borne 1.4” spacers on the factory OEM non-sas rims w/original KO2’s (44k miles w/some tread left). 315/70R17’s next, I believe.

This looks perfect. I like my original non-sas wheels and just want to bump them out slightly. How have they been? Any issues? If not, I'm sold. :)

I'm old school...spacers are a janky way to change your offset and is definitely mall crawler territory in that its form over function.
Nothing like putting extra force on your bearings, just to look cool...lol

A 1" spacer on a non-Sas wheel puts the same load on the bearings as a Sas wheel alone. It's only janky if you use non-hubcentric spacers or wide spacers without their own studs. I went this route, not to look cool, but because I intend to put 35's on Badland wheels.

I agree with your offset statement...no difference, but sorry, just as Janky, you would NEVER see spacers used for anything other than show...

$50 for 1/4” spacers to fit my 37s vs well over $1000 for new wheels. I'm not going to spend that kind of money for 6mm (although I was absolutely willing to take a cutoff wheel to my crash bars). Show me on the doll where the wheel spacer touched you 😁

Complete BS

Bora (made in USA and high quality) are widely used on large tractors and commercial Ag equipment.

My Kubota tractors always run spacers.

My ‘24 Braptor with 37x13.5” tires runs 3/8” Bora hub centric spacers in order to keep the front tires off the UCAs.

There nothing wrong with high quality hub centric spacers with a reasonable thickness...

Perfect example of form over function...all the power to you, it's just not for me!
