If I've learned anything from the other 500 threads on this subject, it's that waving constitutes a major violation of some people's rights and they will fight you if you wave at them. They will also fight you on the internet for even bringing up the subject .

So I’m new to the Bronco family but was wondering do we have a specific greeting or wave when we pass on the roadway? I know I’ll wave with a down low extended hand to other motorcyclist (not crotch rockets) when on my Harley and I’ve heard Jeep owners have something. Just curious. Thanks!

nothing "official". Once in a while I get a subtle wave from another bronco. In 1961, my dad bought a VW. At the time VW's were rare & they waved at each other (sometimes stopped and talked). Bikers do it. Classic muscle car drivers do it. Just a friendly jester. If you want to wave, wave; if not, don't.

Lots of waving down here in the south especially on county/country roads. I try and wave at most Broncos. Most don't wave back because the driver is a soccer mom oblivious to the world around them and probably on her phone.
