That’s exactly what I plan to do with mine. Although you went the extra mile with that aluminum plate. My plan is limited to a drill, a can of spray paint, and a some hardware. 😎

The suspension is the RPG collars.
Wheels are the stock wheels that came on the First Edition.
Tires are Nitto Ridge Grapplers 37/12.5/17.
Spare Tire Carrier is the Rough Country carrier.
At full lock left or right it has very minor rub.
Panted Top, BD pillar lights, Lic plate relocation with BD lights
How’s the ride quality after the rpg and 37

Yep, did the same. Not sure if the troopers agree but almost 4 months in and no issues yet. Goodluck....

I like what Sarah-n-Tuned said. "You don't need 4 doors. 4 doors are for people with lazy children."
I swear she looks/sounds somewhat autistic - but that makes 100% sense to me!

Live in a rural area. Have seen a handful of 4 doors, but have not seen another 2 door in the wild. But we wave at each other when we see another Bronco in the wild...

What did you attach the back of the two front panels to when you had the back off ?
Nothing...6 outta 8 latches locked...thats plenty . They feel sturdy and secure and don't move in the wind.

Today I found out you can stuff up to a 29" bike into the 2 door! 20" classic, then 26", then 29":

Man those bring back memories of the 80's for me! Didn't personally have the cool GT, but had a Supergoose with the laid back seat and extended handlebar mounts. (My roommates had a GT P/P and the other had a Redline).

I wanted to start this thread because I'm tired of 4 doors getting all the love. I still love you Team 4 door but I love the 2 doors just a little bit more. I don't have mine yet so obviously I can't post any pictures. If you have a 2 door or any cool pictures of this infamous unicorn then I guess put it in here. Something about a 2 door bronco just hits for me.
Edited: took delivery about a week and a half ago(11/19/21). Finally I get to show it off in this thread. The hype is real…

Congrats!! I am still waiting for mine. Question: how is the hard top? I have read a lot about 4 door hard top issues, but nothing specific to 2 doors (that I noticed).

Last night I was waiting to make a left onto my street and some really familiar looking headlights approached. I presumed a 4dr so didn't get too excited. Turned out to be a carb gray 2dr squatch. Almost flipped a bitch to chase him down then realized that's not acceptable behavior lol.
