Freakin' sweet! Would you mind sharing the full wheel and tire dimensions please?
Just the important numbers, I see they are KO2s sitting on Method 702s.

These are 17x8.5 Method 702's(0 offset) & 315/70r17 KO2's(these are the "new" Ford Performance Load C rated)

They did fit with crash bars removed, but in this picture, it has the Rough Country 1" leveling kit installed.

Anyone on the team interested in front seat brackets that allow the seats to slide/move forward an additional 4-5”???

Obviously this would allow for easier access to the back seats or more room for sleeping the back (rear seats removed).

I've built these before for small niche markets like the isuzu vehicross. And they worked well and had rave reviews.
Big manufacturers won't fool with this because there is a limited # of 2drs and even a smaller percentage of folks that would actually purchase this ...

single wheel and tire are about 97lbs based on manufactures websites. I purchased the wheels during Black Friday sales and I believe they were about $1500 for 5 & tires were about $1700 from my local Ford dealership but I used about $1300 in Ford points on the tires.

Ouch maybe the tires wouldn't save me any weight. My current combo is 89lb. The BFGs must be a good deal heavier than my Mickeys.

Ridge Grappler 285/70R17. Be sure to get the version that is only 48 lbs - unless you want the heavy (presumably more puncture-proof) one:

Also 1.25” wheel spacers.

Popped the top off today for the first time. It’s very easy. I used a hoist. But 2 people can swap it in under 5 minutes. 10 minutes with only hand tools Great ride with top off and windows down.

I bought 12 foot x 2 inch flat straps I was planning on going side to side but they were too short. It’s actually easier to do it front to back. So it all worked out for the best. Super easy. My hoist is on a trolley. So I can move it side to side. And the hoist hook swivels
Had to use a 3/4 inch shackle as the straps loops didn’t all fit on the hook
