Howdy! My blue raptor with blue interior shows up Wednesday and I’m already shopping. The title says it all. I am looking at a few options for a winch mount that will retain the ACC on my Bronco Raptor. I don’t believe in the ACC relocation behind the grille as it’s impacted by the shutters and I wouldn’t want to trim those. Here are the top options I am looking at and would love to hear other suggestions I am missing. I also love options with a bull bar. Thanks in advance for the help!

Carnivore - I am not sure if this bumper works with the ACC and can’t find any video reviews on it. However this is my favorite option aside from missing sensor holes.

Rough Country - I understand this would require frame reinforcement kits but not sure how effective that would be for protecting the frame. I don’t want any issues coming from using the winch.

Westin XTS - I feel like Im missing the opportunity to put some square fog lights in the end pockets.

Give https://www.srqfabrications.com/products/2021-6th-gen-bronco-front-winch-bumper a look.
I don't see where it DOESN'T fit a Braptor.
Like you, I wasn't thrilled at all the extra work to install ACC behind grill. This https://truenorthfabrications.com/products/2021-6th-gen-bronco-front-winch-bumper (same bumper/diff site) bumper give options of hidden winch, lot of access holes for air flow, ease of installation of lights, ACC relocation, with plenty of options for attachment points.

Thanks for this recommendation! It definitely goes high on my list but is more on the expensive side. Has the ACC ever thrown a code or deactivated for you? Are you still able to use the plastic cover on it in this location? Thanks!

To date, no codes have populated. The instructions for the ACC relocation kit that comes with the bumper said to remove the cover.
I never thought about reinstalling the cover, but I'm sure you could make it work somehow.(note to self to see if cover can be reinstalled)

Thanks! If you don’t mind when you get time, please let me know if the cover fits. I’m super partial to a very factory look. Thanks in advance!

I just got off the phone with Quadratec and they have confirmed the Carnivore bumper does fit the Bronco Raptor. However, they are stating the ACC is not compatible. I am curious about the response on the ACC because it looks like there is a bracket that would perfectly accommodate it. Thoughts everyone? They also mentioned I could purchase and return without having to pay return shipping to test it out myself. Does anyone know how difficult it would be to drill my own holes to install parking sensors and if it would cause any issues to the vehicle operation?

I have also been searching for a winch solution that retains factory ACC and parking sensors. I daily drive my Raptor and don't want to lose those features. This removable winch mount BRONCO WINCH KITS | MAXIMUS-3 might be where I land. Anyone here have one?

i looked at this bumper-strong design, but it won’t fit the Raptor. The leading fender edge of the Raptor will contact the outer wings of this bumper.

as to the ACC, I just don’t use it- either or after my bumper install.

I have decided on LOD stubby. I had the same concerns with relocating the ACC and this one moves it a little lower behind their bash plate. Their bash plate also has air vents in the design. I have the bumper kit but the ACC mount is back order. They are also one of the first to come out with frame horn streagntheners. I have yet to pick out a IC upgrade and winch. My plan is to complete this fall. I have been waffling for over a year now and decided it was time to make a decision.

Was it working before "multiple impacts" ruined it, with regard to sensors, according and cooling the intercooler?
