I'm more inclined on this one in case I want to replace the OEM.

I had a set of those on my Taco. They were ok. Eventually I had my Fox 2.5’s rebuilt and was much happier. The ARB’s just didn’t seem to cycle through their entire stroke, whereas the Fox coils were far more active.

edit: for awful grammar, geeez.

I found this to be a great reference primer on shock size. Remember, the Bronco Bilstien remote reservoir shocks with the new ESCV technology may give as good or better ride than aftermarket 2.5 inch shocks, YMMV.

2.0, 2.5 Or 3.0 Shocks?

I swapped my Fox suspension with King 3.0's and King's feel like a massive upgrade. Not sure I'll do it to my Bronco or not yet.
The few offroaders I know have all said the same thing when it came to Fox/King.... they all tried to save a buck and bought Fox.
They paid an awful lot for a cool sticker and marginal performance..... and then had to shell out again for the King's.

Too rich for my blood right away. Maybe when the BL shocks are worn out

Not possible to run live shocks on vehicles that did not come with live shocks. You need height sensors and lots and lots of programming.

For example 2017-2018 Raptors did not come with live shocks BUT 2019-2020 did. And you can't run 2019-2020 live shocks on a 2017-2018 Raptor.
I just wanted to point out this guy is always dropping good info. Thanks.

I'll wait for other people to try them and see how they do. If they do better than stock then in time i'll think about getting myself a set but the problem would be the color combo with my rapid red😒

So correct me if I’m wrong but like on the 4wp build you could adjust the coil overs for the ride height you wanted for a 2.5-3 inch lift. Is that how the kings will be too? Are the Bilsteins that way too?

Sorry for the uneducated question but will these give you any lift.
Also how will they ride on road.
Thanks

The stock Bilsteins, no.

The stock Bilsteins, no.
And I’m guessing same goes for Sasquatch because the badlands suspension and Sasquatch are the same except Sasquatch just has a 0.5 higher lift right?

People crack me up when they complain about the price. That is what good quality coils cost and this is the cheaper end 😂
People crack me up that think they know more than the engineers who designed the stock shocks on this vehicle, or that just want bragging rights. If the stock ones were good enough for KOH and Moab then I will be good with them :)
