I installed the Borla S-Type axle-back on 2.7L. The one thing I wish I had known beforehand is that you only get the deep throaty sound during cold starts, and the rest of the time it's just "eh".

The rest of the time it sounds like this video in post #2 (I realize it is titled cat-back, but same difference as far as my experience with the sound at idle goes).
If it sounded like the first video most of the time, cool. But the majority of time it's not all that great. I would probably pass on it if I had to do it over again.
