The shade tree mechanic in me thinks that Oracle tail lights are designed for 12V. My Bronco's electrical system runs at 14-15.4V which is probably outside the design parameters for led life of the Oracles'.

Totally understand the concern there. Since there have been product revisions and updates over time, our customer service team reviews each warranty request to make sure customers receive the correct compatible replacement options for their specific set. The team will be able to review your order details, discuss the available replacement options with you directly, and help make sure you’re taken care of as fairly as possible.Already on it, but why am I being offered one light as a replacement?
Aren't the V2's lights better than the V1's and noticable different on light output?
What's going to happen when the passenger side dies after warranty? You'll tell me I can't buy one light, but you'll offer a discount for a new set?
Seems like I'll get the raw end of this deal twice.

For most aftermarket every support request is painful, annoying and disappointing. I recently took delivery of 5 Ford Performance wheels and one has a heavy bend on lip swelling it cuasing machine face blemich and swolledn lip.Already on it, but why am I being offered one light as a replacement?

Dah. Yeah that sucks. Hopefully they take care of it. Unfortunately nothing from the aftermarket will last like OEM does so it’s the risk we take if wanting something differentThat they do, but really regretting them.
