Noticed this squeak that’s especially loud around 15mph and when driving my walls / parked cars. It’s a consistent squeak that seems to mirror the speed I’m going. Braking or swerving don’t seem to have any impact. I hear it windows down and up. I can’t really hear it above 35. I checked and nothing stuck in tires.
Any guesses ?

Hard to tell from the video. Did you rev it when it gets louder? Belt noise?

Check your skid plate bolts. I don't know how a loose bolt on a plate makes a speed-dependent whirring noise, but it did for me when one of the fronts was loose from the oil change place.
Give it a kick, if it rattles and a bunch of dirt falls off, snug it up.
