just installed bilstein 5100s on non sas outer banks. lift is set at 1.5” should alignment shop use sasquatch specs to align it since it’s closer to the lift height of the sasquatch?

They'll most likely use the no squatch OBX specs as a baseline then adjust accordingly. At just 1.5" of lift they shouldn't have any issue getting it dialed in.

after I added my adjustables, I went to a local firestone. I love the lifetime alignment.

Dude came out to the parking lot to grab it and we talked through what I had done. Goes a long way. When he had it up on the rack, he called me into the shop (gotta love that, "insurance" be damned) and he walked me through what the rig said before he made any changes. Plan to bring that crew a pizza next time im there.

Anyways, tell them what've you done. camber is camber is camber and if specs ranges are a little different between trims, you want to correct that positive camber as much as possible after you add height. With the sasq bilsteins you've added, it will be no issue getting to zero camber.

Asking for a 'friend' that also did 5100s at 1.5" , let me know what your before and after are. This 'friend' did a hillbilly alignment after install, found nothing wrong and has driven a couple years straight, true and with no adverse tire wear.

I just got done adding Pro Comp upper control arms and adjusting my Eibach's to, hopefully, their final height. I did a "Hillbilly Alignment" with strings and a level for camber and it drove fine but took it into Firestone, also have the lifetime alignment, and it was way off!!! On one side at least. I'll post pics of the before and after when I get home.

How much lift? and yes, doing UCAs I would assume it would be required, especially Camber. Good Info. I've felt I can usually see more than 1/2 degree camber but maybe not.

I'm curious on height too, I'm pretty close to stock but will no doubt be adjusting higher later this summer

Probably 2.5-3" from stock Black Diamond. From ground to fender front 39.5", back 40.25".
