Well, I'm no expert on engineering/manufacturing, but I know a thing or two about customer service/honesty/fair trade/and meeting expectations.Honestly anybody that knows anything about manufacturing knows it isn't easy. Its amazing how you give someone a sofa and a keyboard and they become an expert in engineering and manufacturing.
Sure, I guess it's my fault for paying in advance for a product that didn't actually exist, but should they really require a payment in full on a product they were unable to deliver in anything even remotely resembling a reasonable amount of time?
