They told us numerous times that the last piece they were waiting on was the “rubber”..Here is an update I just got 15 minutes ago - these guys are a JOKE. They make Ford Execs (all of which are dipshits) who released the Bronco look GOOD. My Credit Card was billed in DECEMBER of last year - and they "Swore" up and down - these tops would ship - in April, May, Jun etc.... then they say it was "out of their control" - if I was not so desperate to get rid of this diaper I have on for a top now - I would consider one of these resold Ford tops off marketplace

We expect your hardtop to ship in late November. We deeply apologize for all of these delays. The issue stems from the suppliers. Every time we would request a new timeline, they would provide it. That timeline would come and it would be incorrect. We then in turn updated our customers upon request with new timelines. Our timelines were incorrect because the suppliers timelines were completely inaccurate. We had absolutely no control over these supply chain delays.
We are now in final assembly, but at a slower rate than we EVER expected, which is the reason for the delays.
If you do not wish to wait any longer, we completely understand and will offer a full refund. You have every right to be frustrated. Our teams are working day and night to finish up the hardtop orders.

Im not optimistic about the results of your call tomorrow. as a first hour order, I really,really , really hope they stick to your promised schedule (which is probably the same as mine). good luck on your call. Hopefully you get to speak to John and get it from the horses mouth
