Here is an update I just got 15 minutes ago - these guys are a JOKE. They make Ford Execs (all of which are dipshits) who released the Bronco look GOOD. My Credit Card was billed in DECEMBER of last year - and they "Swore" up and down - these tops would ship - in April, May, Jun etc.... then they say it was "out of their control" - if I was not so desperate to get rid of this diaper I have on for a top now - I would consider one of these resold Ford tops off marketplace

We expect your hardtop to ship in late November. We deeply apologize for all of these delays. The issue stems from the suppliers. Every time we would request a new timeline, they would provide it. That timeline would come and it would be incorrect. We then in turn updated our customers upon request with new timelines. Our timelines were incorrect because the suppliers timelines were completely inaccurate. We had absolutely no control over these supply chain delays.
We are now in final assembly, but at a slower rate than we EVER expected, which is the reason for the delays.
If you do not wish to wait any longer, we completely understand and will offer a full refund. You have every right to be frustrated. Our teams are working day and night to finish up the hardtop orders.

Then on May the 4th (be with you), they said the rubber had arrived and “final assembly” had begun.
How are they now blaming this on suppliers???
Something stinks here.
I'm not sure when you ordered, but they told me just a few days ago that shipping would be mid-late October.
if I call tomorrow and they tell me late November, I give up.

since you are a dec order vs my Feb. order, I am still hoping for good news in October for day one orders .
If the delay is due to the fricken soundproof headliner, SHIP MINE WITHOUT IT , I will put it on myself whenever it shows up.
however at one point I do remember a ADV post that they had everything they needed for final assembly.
as usual, probably NOT ONE TOP WILL BE SHIPPED until they are all caught up with the backorders. this is not cool.
I guess I probably will not have y hard top for another waterfowl season and another new England winter. this fiasco is much worse than fords rollout.

At this point it has to be a parts issue and they are waiting on that otherwise they would have shipped a few by now right? I’m as basic as you can get, no wiper, one piece with the headliner which I’d gladly drop. Can’t imagine they would delay over headliner though. If it’s still manufacturing at this point we are in trouble.
Hope this happens because my countdown has started. 34 days and counting till I have to jump ship.

Looks like we have the same countdown going on. Hopefully other's have the same time frame in mind too...
I agree with the headliner piece too. If that was an issue, I'd drop it too. My gut tells me that's not the issue though.
After 72 pages of comments, I hope everyone gets together and asks for a refund asap. Then ADV has to get a loan and start paying interest. Things will move a lot quicker. Everyone that has given them a interest free 6k loan for 1-2 years and has been way too nice. Not sure how many of ordered but guessing 500k+ in free loan money for 1-2 years to develop a fiberglass top that you just have to improve upon the OEM version.
