I checked a youtube video someone commented on about TC Customs getting a hardtop and they did the commenter dirty. I was baffled...

Right. No time.

I've had to unfollow and block emails. I'll know if anything happens from this thread. Tired of getting needled by the fact that nothing is happening on the hardtop front from them. Constantly being reminded that approaching two years they still have big issues with this product yet they do not focus 100% on this is crazy. Starting to tell me it may never happen and they are just trying to keep the lights on with other products. Just one. Just one needs to be shipped to an actual customer.

Out of curiosity, why hasn't the guy who got one in exchange for his MIC posted any follow-up content? Or the TC Customs guy? If I missed any of it please somebody post a link or something. You would think by now we would see some videos or feedback.

Given this top is new without long service history to judge, it's not out of the question it too might have some issues down the road. Hoping it's a home run, but a decent length warranty would help mitigate some concern. I've heard these tops are better than the stock top, but time will tell?

Well, I assume people have ordered these tops, because they are better than stock, else why order? And the talk around here has been about foam interior rather than honeycomb, and other design points that are considered superior. But you're right, without seeing enough of these in action, and without judgement of time, we don't know for sure. Time will tell.

If there was a coordinated mass request for refunds, I would bet that they don't have the cash assets to meet the demand. They funded new machinery with the pre-order funds. They would have to file for bankruptcy and leave customers to file claim against their liquidated assets.

I think everyone needs to remain calm and be patient, they have an excellent track record.

I've actually grown accustomed to my softie, so I'm not what you'd call "desperate", more annoyed that someone else is making 4.5% off that deposit. I suspect the folks getting most annoyed are those are who looking at (possibly another) winter in one. Down here in Texas, that's actually when we're more apt to throw the top back.

Frankly, I'd rather they focus on getting these done and not be posting here or uploading videos. Focus at the task on hand.

I took my soft top Bronco on a cross country ski trip to Utah last winter. Drove through tons of snow and a blizzard in Colorado. No issues with the soft top, we were always warm and dry.

However there's a lot of repetition as the videos continued to be released, and it showcased a product not available to the public. Finish your product and then market it.

I would like to see the sound proofing head liner. And OF COURSE the install video.
October is next week.
