7SPD and remote start. Forscan

I have searched before posting this and maybe I missed it, but I have not seen conformation.

I see in the Forscan spreadsheet that you can possibly add remote start to a 7spd Bronco. I currently have a 2024 HE with the 7spd, Procal tune. I have made many changes using Forscan to customize the settings I prefer and I am comfortable using it.

The questions is, has anyone actually got this option to work? I tried it on my 22 BB but it was not a mid-package with keyless entry and never got it working. The HE is now a mid-package with this feature.

If you did get it to work, what other keyfob did you use that has the remote start button on it.

I did some research on this and it doesn't appear to be possible at this time (even though the car "knows" when it's in gear). If you figure it out, please pass the solution along!

Irritating. Just put an all caps disclaimer and a "this is what a person would do, but don't do this" message. Locking up the knowledge helps no one.

Yeah I remember reading it. Just what I need, someone else who thinks they know what's best for me.

From what I remember from that thread, there were quite a few Forscan changes that needed to be done as well as swapping out the antenna for the key fob to match the one from a vehicle that has remote start. Models without remote start have key fobs that operate at 315 MHz and those with remote start operate on 902 MHz.
