As I read through this thread, it occurred to me: Ford has shown its ability and willingness in the past to change things up throughout the model year. Witness the '24 decision, mid-year, to take the 2.7 away from the OBX. And yet, now it's available for '25.

So all sorts of configuration and color changes could happen at any time.

Sport is small. I wanted the Black Diamond and I have wanted a Bronco since the 90's. I'm not settling for a Bronco that's not what I want (WHITE HARD TOP).So the VW is very comfortable and smooth to my neck and back. Also it's huge on the inside. More than the Bronco so I'll go with the 2nd best option for me that also takes regular â›˝
You were never going to get a Black Diamond with a white top, the 4 door HE is still going to be around so what's the issue going with it? That or you can get the Big Bend with the Black Diamond package and either one of the painted hardtops that you can either get repainted white or wrapped.

yeah, frankly Hot Pepper Red on the OBX was a huge purchasing driver for my wife. Green is OK, and maybe with bronze highlights, but the OBX is now relegated to "you can choose a single color, or you can have a bunch of choices with absence of color".

Very happy that the heritage is staying. However I am having a hard time verifying that it is still coming with the MOD HT. This is the HT that it comes with ... right ? Right ? RIGHT? Help me please!

The MIC top was never intended to be painted. It can be painted but requires a modest amount of prep. It would be highly unlikely that Ford is scrapping the MOD top in favor of only MIC tops given all the problems they have had with them cracking and deforming. I have fully expected that one of the years soon the MIC top will be scrapped in favor of the MOD top or a version of it.

As for the Stroppe package, it looks great........but I'd never buy one. It would look like a full-size toy truck in my driveway. I can see doing it, with a limited production run (1,966 units or other).
That's how I have always felt about HE, particularly in the baby blue color. All this white inside and out, and the highly contrasting colors all over the place were never my thing.

I'm glad I got my HE when I did. The Stroppe in intriguing but 2-door, which it should be. would not work for me (hauling 2-4 hunting dogs depending on the day) and since hunting season has opened, I have accumulated a great collection of Idaho pinstriping on my flares.

I am curious why they listed the HE "after" the Raptor in the order guide. Was it on the chopping block and revived?

Sad to see Race Red gone from the HE though. I can not go anywhere whiteout someone complementing the white over red color. I have not seen the new red on a Bronco, but it sounds like a "boy racer" color for a Focus RS.
yes, sad to see RR go away. Ruby Red is on the 2025 B&P for the Ranger... looks good, but I want to see how it matches with white wheels and roof
hopefully it's a good combo

I wish there were more details on the interior changes. I am a little surprised they didn't make the squarish fenders standard across the line.

WildTrak and Badlands have always been cross shopped, it made sense to merge them. I am a little surprised that Everglades got removed entirely and not even made to be a package.

Base being back is cool but only if they are able to reduce the cost of what was the entry level bronco (big bend). I hope they aren't trying to raise the price of the big bend now that the base is entry level.

Also, I agree that the colors are very bland. Why not Grabber blue or Gotta have it green. A cool yellow or blue ember. Just something other than Gray, white and black.

I get all the complaining about the changes but the Bronco line was too bloated and it makes a lot of sense to simplify the line. Still some of these changes are curious like only offering two colors for the Outer Banks (Green and Grey).
I really hope Ford will announce more colors coming... right now the color choice went down considerably, it's too limited

Jeep's 'base' aka Sport, starts at $32K for a 2 door. I think Ford realized they lost market share when they're cheapest offering with the 2 DR Big Bend is at $42K.

Only soo many spray nozzles at MAP and it covers two models.... This has always been the issue.

I'm talking about when they 1st announced that the Broncos were coming out. When u had to put a deposit down. They were doing white Hard tops for ALL the vehicles. It was an option. I'm not talking about all these BS changes they made. I'm taking the truck no where to get wrapped. I wanted what was said. Now they've changed there minds and so have I on this vehicle.

Depends what your definition of modular is. The "modular" hardtop was first on the HE's, had removable side windows for both 2&4 doors and only the 2 door had the gunners hatch, these are oxford white and unfinished black inside. '24 Job 2 took away the removable side windows for the HE's white mod top and a new variant of "painted" hardtop was available, Shadow Black for the upper trims and body-matched for the Raptor and only available on the 4 doors and does not have the removable side windows, these are white inside and have different sound deadening as well. Fast forward to '25 and we get our first mention of the shadow black and body color matched 2 door tops which one can assume has the gunners hatch since the bag is available. In the video for the Stroppe you can see the gunners hatch but there's no mention of it in the announcement.

So, as for technically being modular ... they all are, even the MIC since removable front panels and center panel for the 4 door. The 4 door HE continues with the "mod" top even though it's no more modular than the MIC since the removable side windows are no longer. The new painted and body matched tops for the two doors I guess would be the new "mod" top since at least they still offer the addition of the gunners hatch but also no removable side windows but once again the 4 door version will only have the removable front and center panels.

What were your plans for 4 door "mod" top because technically it's available as long as you select the right trim but it'll be either shadow black or body-color unless you get the Stroppe.
A Modular Hard Top (MOD HT) on a 4 door has removable side windows. That was the only thing that differentiated it with a regular top (aside from painted or MIC). There is no other definition. If it does not have that, it is just MIC or Painted and will never be a Modular HT.

Are you saying Modular tops have nothing to do with the options they come with and have completely different cores and are formed differently than the MIC? I mean I guess that could be? I don't work in manufacturing them, but it doesn't seem right.

I hear you. I own a 2024 Race Red 2-door 2.3L/auto Heritage Edition and am thrilled with it.
People stop me to talk about it wherever I go. I call that a sales marketing success story. But Ford discontinued the 2-door Heritage for MY2025. Go figure.
At a time when Ford should be grabbing every ounce of would-be customer interest for the still rarely seen Heritage Edition with its original Bronco appearance, Ford discontinues it.
The average person still doesn't know the Heritage Edition ever existed. I call that sales marketing failure.
Every Ford showroom should have a Heritage Edition, preferably parked next to a restored original.
