I did CVF downpipes and the magnaflow catback system. If you go to downpipes you’ll need to plan for addressing the rasp when the turbos spool up and you’re on the throttle heading up from 3k.

I had a lot of rasp. I added another straight through magnaflow resonator in the middle to tame it some, but it’s still there. I probably should have used the longer one - we cover it some in the CVF downpipes thread on here.
Thanks. That was the main reason why I held off on the downpipe. Looks like the rasp gets better the longer you use it, but I guess that's the price you pay for performance :)

You can get close with 93 octane, but the Pulsar XT would need to be swapped with the RaceChip S. Or perhaps go for the RaceChip GTS for under $500
You put the racechip S on top of the procal tune? isn't that somewhat redundant? Or do they do different things?

You put the racechip S on top of the procal tune? isn't that somewhat redundant? Or do they do different things?
It stacks on top of the ProCal. While the ProCal does add HP/TQ, it's true strength lies in the reduced torque management and better transmission shifting. The RaceChip S is purely for power.

Combing a flash tune with a piggyback can be effective but its a details business. You really need a piggyback system like the JB4 that provides advanced logging tools like AFR, fuel trims, ignition advance, timing corrections, flash boost target, wgdc, etc, etc, to do it safely. Otherwise you're just flying blind and praying nothing breaks.
Ok? Is the Burger last name a coincidence referring to the JB4 or is this a vendor response? Cool either way the name just piqued my interest.

I’ve got a JB4 on my x5. I’d like to see someone really explore what we can get when stacking FP ProCal tune with a JB4.

I'd do it, but I'm already in the process of custom tuning with a tuner. I'll share more details when I'm able. It's gonna be fun ;)

So funny, the JB4 tuner was BANNED from 6G at first for NO real reason, other than the clowns making the decisions thought that somehow Panda should get all the business...

My original JB4 posts were ALL deleted !!!

even know other brands like panda products are copycats. (and junk) here we are 3 yrs later, and as I have shown in the past the JB4 is a very quality product and is well worth the investment.
Makes me wonder how many other good products or parts have been swept under the rug by 6G administration?

We did it, boys. First remote tuned Bronco in the world?

Wasn’t easy, but HP Tuners and ZFG made it happen. I’ll start another thread to share more details. So excited!

Just looked on their site, so you need to buy an hp ecm no big deal but still need to have it flashed with fdrs after that’s the real kicker

That’s the remote portion of the tune. ZFG ships you a windows tablet to do the FDRS setup remotely. The only you will need to do is to follow his instructions and swap the ECU ( pain btw). I plan to make a video showing how to do it.

Ah ok, I was thinkin you had to somehow get it to a dealer and beg them to flash it lol I’ve pulled ecm’s in the past in diesels and hemi’s not sure how bad this one is to swap out, look forward to seeing your video
