Just got my OEM side rails off and ready to go with putting on the RTR rock rails and there’s a stupid body mount that this supposed high end equipment company completely fails to mention and without customizing the “bolt on” installation you can’t install them. Anyone experience this and what...
I'm looking for mounting options for an ARB jack myself, but I don't want to use my tailgate as I prefer having my tailgate table mounted. As for horizontal, you can see the ARB mount shows the jack at an angle.
I must be doing something wrong because when I go to “Errors” and then hit the trash can, they delete in the app but it if I were to reconnect they are right there again and the check engine light remains on. I know what the code is and it should clear the check engine light but it doesn’t.
Folks, I could use a hand. I just bought the OBD Link MX+ for my Bronco Raptor. I also downloaded FORScan Lite since it told me to. I have my check engine light on and I know it’s because my intercooler got hot driving from CA, but I’m unsure how to clear the code. When you start with OBD...
I recently ran into an issue where my check engine light came on and I knew it was from the hose that came off my new S&B intake so I went to AutoZone to clear it real quick. That's a pain. I want to be able to see all my own codes, clear ones I don't care about, etc. Does anyone have any...
Respectfully, I would think you'd have to read a post to add any sort of value to it. I wouldn't gain much by someone reading just my thread title and providing commentary.
Separately, I have upgraded tie rods, but perhaps parts for them would be good and great idea on the fuses! Thank you.
I should clarify. I don't mean tools and survival gear. I have that locked in. I mean parts for the Raptor like brake lines, or U-joints, or whatever. That type of stuff. The stuff most likely to break out on a trail.
Folks, I'm sure I'm going to get a lot of different answers here and perhaps links to previous threads on this topic, but looking for some insight.
I find that I end up on trails with just my son and I since I either have no one else who can go, capable vehicle, etc. This last trail I went on...
I’m sure this has been addressed elsewhere, but I’m not finding it. I’m looking for some recommendations on the best jack to keep with me in the car all the time. I have a 2” lift and 40s so I need a jack that can deal with all that. After all, no sense in having this big ass spare if I...
For what it's worth, I got my tuned last week with the Ford Performance option. The dealership actually offered other options like a Whipple and something else, but I didn't want to run the risk of needing service elsewhere and not being covered.
Further, I'm not trying to turn a Bronco on...
For me the Trailrax has been amazing! I researched all available options for an embarrassingly long time and the Trailrax was it. I've had no issues with it. The versatility of moving things around on it is awesome. I recommend you buy the Sherpa roof rack mounts...
Thanks guys!
I was lucky enough to get all four springs in my shipment even though they said the fronts were out so I'm running all four Hypercos now. I'm anxious to see how it does with loading up for camping. I assume I'll have 300lbs of gear in the back with cooler, guns, grill, etc...
Good news on this thread. Hyperco was out of the front ones as I noted originally, but they ended up shipping the front and rears. Apparently, there was some confusion internally. I'm so happy to have all four done at once.
Hey folks, quick question. I just ordered the Hyperco HD springs to replace my way too soft Eibach springs. They just notified me that the front springs are out of stock.
At one point I had mentioned to my service advisor at the dealer that I might replace my rear springs only due to the...
I have never done any engine mods to my '24 Raptor, but I've considered the Ford Performance one, but that's because the way I understand it, the warranty will still be intact as long as the dealer does it or ASA or something. Regardless, is that tune worth the money?
Are there other tunes...
Hey folks, as I noted in another thread, Eibach springs are garbage and sag WAY too much. I'm planning on getting the Hyperco HD, but I really want to make sure I'm getting the right thing to allow me Bronco to hold some weight for camping or loading up bikes on the back. I have the 2" Eibach...
If someone who knows a lot more than me can chime in on the following i would really appreciate it. I find that a lot of shops don't really know the right parts, whereas this forum is stacked with knowledge.
Here's what I'm thinking. Keep the 40s. I know a lot of people don't like em, but I...
