If the spring clip was messed up the problem was at install….unless the perch was machined wrong and it scraped the clip when it slid past.
Any pics of the inside of the spring perch?
Anyway, it sounds like the dealer will take care of it…..maybe
Hope it turns out good for you. I’m not...
I'm actually just trying to level but, I need to leave enough rake so its level when pulling my Opus OP4. Currently the rear is right at 1.20" higher than the front.
I think I'll just add the lower part of the Zone 1" kit and see what happens. If I notch the holes in the lower spacer I may be...
I don't know if it's a simple ratio or not. I'll give it a shot....then I'll know! I just hate to pull the shocks twice ;)
I was surprised that .630" worth of spacer(s) equals 1" total lift at frame.
I would like to lift the front of my non-SAS Badlands approximately 3/4". What size spacer can I use on the lower/upper spring mounts to achieve this lift?
I do know that with the Zone 1" leveling kit the upper and lower spacers total .630".

Ford doesn’t even install them from the factory on Sasquatch Broncos.
But if a dealer removed them from a non Sasquatch Bronco I suppose they could be held liable.
Took me 10 minutes to remove them from my non Sasquatch Badlands.
I really like the charger in my Badlands.......very simple to lay it in the cubby and it works every time.
I'm not on my phone as much as most I expect.
