  1. Spoiler.. Bronco's spring perch broke. Hard. Vacation over.🤦

I’m wanting to see the inside of the failed collar or whatever it was that caused the OP’s problem. I know what a proper installed collar looks like. What caused the problem?

  4. Spoiler.. Bronco's spring perch broke. Hard. Vacation over.🤦

I’ve asked for a picture of the inside of the spring perch collar twice earlier in the thread……for some reason he hasn’t shared it. I have the same SVC collars that I won’t install yet either.
  5. The basic off-roader

Any base Bronco is a basic off-roader
  6. Miles remaining on gas seems off

It's never a reliable indicator....too many variables involved
  7. "We're betting on dealers. We're not going to go direct." - Jim Farley on EV dealers

None of what you've listed has anything to do with how dealers price their inventory. The description you use, "stealership" has no more justification than calling your local furniture store the same name. You need to take a course or two in "free market enterprise". Contrary to popular belief...
  8. "We're betting on dealers. We're not going to go direct." - Jim Farley on EV dealers

There have been lots of programs through the years that have required dealers to "participate" in one way or another over the years, none of which had to do with pricing and I doubt the EV program can/will either. When a dealer buys a product from the manufacturer it belongs to said dealer. He...
  9. "We're betting on dealers. We're not going to go direct." - Jim Farley on EV dealers

Ford dealers do not work for Ford Motor Company. They own their franchise and nothing short of being "out of trust" would ever cause a dealer to "lose" the franchise....period All this talk of how Ford should do this or do that to their dealers is just misinformed talk. If a dealer wants to...

  12. Jeebus, tires are expensive.

What’s Jeebus? This is the 2nd time I’ve seen it in this forum. Just curious
  13. Any experience with TopLift Pros

I’m 69 years old. I can still take the center section of my 4dr off relatively easy but no way I could remove the rear by myself. Bought the Toplift Pro…..takes less then 5 minutes to remove or install the entire top. I bought the Rockworx tool less bolts, but went back to the original torx...
  14. Jack options?

Yes, I carried a Hi lift for 50+ years……but it just won’t work with a new Bronco. I now carry a Safe Jack bottle jack. It works well with the limited jack points on our Broncos.
  15. Jack options?

There are no lifting point on a stock bronco short of using the hi-lift wheel adapters. I’ve used these jacks for many years, but there is no way they’ll lift a new bronco to change a wheel without damaging it…..period
  16. Jack options?

So, what is your lifting points to lift a Bronco with a Hi-lift jack? Do you have custom steel bumpers?
  17. Yokohama Geolander
