Finding the most comfortable tires on road

I received my bronco 5 months ago (badlands SAS 4-door HOSS 3.0 FOX shocks Goodyear RT 315/70R17 )
For some reason my bronco feels a bit bouncy and I feel every small bump and pothole on road , AKA I get a lot of feedback from the road let alone the road noise which is understandable for a car like the bronco that designed to be like this so I checked almost everything and
One of my friends told me to change the Goodyear RT tiers and you will feel more comfortable and get more smooth ride I know it won't be like other SUVs but it this point I need any improvement on the ride quality
By the way, I go off road almost half of the year and in the other half especially in the summer most of my driving will be on road
So
1 - I need your help for the most comfortable set of tiers that goes on the bronco
2- would change the tires would make any difference especially if it's A/T or road tires

I have a 25 Badlands Sasquatch, did not order the HOSS 3 with it. I have the stock tire set up and find it a very comfortable ride, of course that is after using a 2500 Silverado for a daily driver for the nine years before I got the Bronco

This sounds like one of those Progressive vs Digressive conversations - your tire pressure isn’t overly high and you aren’t running a Load Range F sidewall. When I had Goodyear MTs they were a softer ride compared to my LR D sets, and I don’t think the RTs are that much different in that regard.

I don’t think the tires are the culprit. I think you are looking for a softer, more progressive suspension setup.

Perhaps what you’re feeling is the progressive damping on the Fox Shocks, part of the Hoss 3.0 Suspension. When I test drove a couple of different Bronco models I really noticed the softer ride on the WildTrak. I preferred that and bought the WildTrak. Of course it’s a personal preference. I’m 74 and have been driving off road 4x4s since my converted 4x4 Ford 3/4 Ton Econoline back in 1978.

I did not like squishy / super soft ride and poor directional change stability at all of SAS at all. I believe it's mostly in the high sidewall tires.

Try 36 psi first then go up till you get the ride you want.....

After this, can try an E rated tire I found this really tightens up the ride while remaining comfortable and play with pressures.

Hoss2 and e rated.275-70-18. tires have an exceptional ride and handling on my OBX which exceeded my hopes when changing stuff around and using on trashed urban roads, highway, and poor unpaved roads.

Since you have the Fox shocks, which I thought were linear but one person mentions they could be progressively valved (never heard of a Fox shock digressively valved from the factory), I would tend to think your running too much psi in your tires.

But since your not, unless something is broken somewhere, you might just not like how an old school 4x4 rides in general and your only solution might be a trade in for a Toyota.

As far as "bouncy" sensation, your only choice might be to run a higher air pressure (try 35), but that will increase that amount of small bump chatter you feel. In the end, a softly sprung (springs influence fundamental feel/ride/handling even more then shocks) vehicle, which all 4x4's are, is a fundamental compromise you have to live with to get the its other attributes...

I don't have the Fox, I have the SAS Bilstein and find the GY RT tires very comfortable. I have them at 37psi. So not sure what the issue is.

I had Falken AT4W on my previous DD (Ram 1500) and they were very smooth. If offroading some more, the MT Baja Boss are probably the best AT.

OP stated they have HOSS 3.0 - which are the same Fox from a Wildtrak. I had heard they were tuned fairly linearly as well.
