Keyfob works for starting and keyless entry but buttons don't work.

Hello,

I have tried several searches on this forum and on google but cannot find anything close. Possibly I am using the wrong terms.

2025 badlands

I purchased a new keyfob (just to have an extra) on Amazon. M3N-A3C108397 The fob programed fine and works to start and run the bronco. Also the keyless unlock where you grab the door handle works.

The lock, unlock, remote start and panic buttons do not work. Is there some other programming sequence needed.

I purchased this from keylessbest on Amazon. I have tried contacting them thru Amazon and also thru their website. I get no response.

The procedure in the video is the one I used to program the keyfob. I will try it again just in case I didn't do it completely right. Thanks.

I tried to reprogram the keyfob using the above method. I get the message that all slots are full and cannot add anymore.

Oh if it says all slots full, Im pretty sure only the dealer can clear out the slots. But if they are all full and you have the fobs then I dont think you need them cleared, just able to find a way to make them work right. Other posts on here mention some aftermarket’s work and some don’t.

At this point you need to go to the dealer. There is a setting to allow customer add of fobs,this may be turned off. Did you put a new battery in the fob ? The correct way ?

I am now thinking this keyfob is one that just doesn't work. I will go to the dealer to get the key slots reset and see about getting one from them. Thanks.
