I use a big old Shopvac brand shop vac. I think it's 16 gallons. It has VERY powerful suction. I believe 6HP rated. The biggest problem with it is the size of the hose that won't fit into tight areas. I do have a crevice tool for it, but even that is a bit too large for the tighter areas.

Something small and portable but still relatively powerful would be welcomed.

Any vacuum with a tube extension will get things clean enough. The frustrating thing is getting into tight places like around the base of the seat frame/sliders. Even the flat attachments don't do a good job. When you start to put brushes on the ends of things to get things loosened from that, you lose suction power.

I'm not going to sweep then vacuum, so some attachment that does it all at once would be great.

edit: LOL, what this guy said ^^^^^ long hoses get the job done!
---------------------------------------

I just use a large shop vac and a few hoses linked together. Maybe 10/15 ft worth.

The long hose has been the greatest benefit. I can leave the vac on one side of the car, leave the hose sticking across it inside and have plenty of hose to pull through and do the other side once I walk around.
After that, vacuum tools are mostly universal as long as the hose size is correct. Pick your preference, what works best for you.
