We'll just settle for your wife's!!!!This is bitchin ass info.
If I had bewbies I'd send you a picture of them.
What are the tools that you need?I was with a group of Broncos running Top of the World and one of the guys broke a tie rod we had a replacement tie rod installed in about 45 minutes. A good chunk of the time was getting him off the rock and into a better spot to do the repair.
I carry a pair of tie rods and all the tools needed along with the badlands 1.5ton off road jack, just in case.
Why just ten pages, let's go for thirty or forty! And OP was never heard from again.
Thread will have another ten pages though![]()

Thank you, I was thinking I should look up that thread.
I was told no.OK, since this thread is officially off the rails I'll ask a somewhat related question: We know newish Badlands and Sasquatch have heavy duty Hoss 3.0 racks and presumably tie rods, and basic Broncos have a lighter Hoss 1.0, people always refer to older Sasquatch having Hoss2.0 (which is true for suspension), but is there really Hoss 2.0 steering hardware that is heavier than 1.0?
Inners are the same ,outers are lh rhDo you carry just the inner tie rods or both the inner and outer as spares ? Is the left and right the same part numbers?
Well I have the Bronco tool roll plus the Tricky Dick tie rod tool kit with copper hammer, ball joint puller, pliers wrenches I also carry a Battery powered impact wrench and a set of sockets. and the Badlands 1.5T off-road jack. What are the tools that you need?
Well you got the new trunk space to fit it all inI carry a spare Hoss 3.0 and extra tie rods.

Maybe not anymore. I'm hearing BB might have pulled an ADV.Broncbuster sells them pre-programmed. Not sure about your model, you’d have to ask.
Website is a bustMaybe not anymore. I'm hearing BB might have pulled an ADV.
Never been a HOSS 1 Steering rack... HOSS 2, HOSS 3 and aftermarket... that is it... Vasher and 74 weld offered full racks... Not sure if 74 is still offering theirs??? Bronc Buster was offering a half Rack but it is starting to look like Bronc buster may not be in business anymore....OK, since this thread is officially off the rails I'll ask a somewhat related question: We know newish Badlands and Sasquatch have heavy duty Hoss 3.0 racks and presumably tie rods, and basic Broncos have a lighter Hoss 1.0, people always refer to older Sasquatch having Hoss2.0 (which is true for suspension), but is there really Hoss 2.0 steering hardware that is heavier than 1.0?
