Hey everyone — as temps start rising, I think most of us have had that moment coming back to the Bronco after it’s been sitting in the sun…

People handle this in pretty different ways depending on how they use their Bronco and how often it sits outside.

Some rely on windshield sunshades, some just try to park in shade when possible, and others don’t really change anything day to day.

When you park your Bronco in the sun, what do you realistically do most of the time?

What’s actually been the most practical approach for you long term?

One thing we’ve consistently noticed is that fitment (especially around the edges) tends to make a bigger difference than people expect.

We do make one as well.

It uses a thick, dual-layer silver fabric that actually reflects the heat outward rather than just absorbing it.

If anyone here is already using ours, would love to hear honest feedback — good or bad.

Heat hasn't been a problem for me even with the MGV seats. I live in Phoenix and try to find trees when I can. Partial shade is better than no shade.

I bought a sun shade from my dealer. I use it in the summer. It does make a difference. Other than that I don't do anything. I have the high package which has a little more insulation. My Bronco cools down quite quickly.

Personally, I use the Covercraft UVS100 that is sold by Ford and custom made for the Bronco. It is well-made, fits perfectly and doesn’t look like it came from Walmart. Made in the USA.

Sunshade, crack windows an inch, and my hardtop also has a Bimini top under it, which buffers the heat off the top.

Llumar Formula One Stratos Ceramic tint all the way around including the windshield, Covercraft Sunshade as mentioned above, and Hothead Headliners work very well in the Phoenix heat.

Kavaca ceramic tint has near zero haze and works very well. If dont have access to parkade I use a cheap car cover mainly for sun and various crap that falls on the car.

The windshield isn’t a problem. It’s the 2dr door windows.
This is a useful signal. Thank you for your feedback.
