Hey guys, I’ve read a lot of chatter on various threads regarding this but am trying to piece everything together so I thought I'd chime in with a quick question. I’ll be doing a tire change in the next few months and would like to know how well my setup will do with 37' inch tires? I have done light off-roading but would like to be ready for more aggressive off-roading in the future. I have a 2023 Wildtrack with Hoss 3.0, a 2.25" Zone Offroad lift with replacement upper control arms, and aftermarket rims with a +1mm offset. Will I get any tire rub with somewhat aggressive articulation?

My understanding is the Sasquatch with the Hoss 3.0 has the beefier steering rack so that shouldn’t be an issue. Should I think about more robust tie rods as well?

Thanks for any input and suggestions.

With somewhat “aggressive articulation” going to need the the max clearance kit and trim those crashbars out.
Maybe a small body lift depending on the actual tires you choose. Not all 37” are the same actual size.

I cut off my rear crash bar mounts since they rubbed pretty bad, but haven't had any interference with the front mounts (but it's damn close!). I have less lift and more (narrower) offset than you, so you should be good with a quick trim.

They’re the same height in the middle (assuming daily driving psi) as most 37s, but the shape is what makes them clear so easily. Very rounded edges.

I hake the same Zone kit and had to add the max clearance kit and 1.25” spacers for stock wheels to clear Mickey Thompson 37s without rubbing.

I’ll get in on the Azure Wildtraks too.

yes 3.0 has the SD steering rack. I wouldnt trade out those tie rods either. Plenty of threads on this, but the tie rod inners on your ride are pretty solid. Plus let those break first anyways instead of the rack.

I believe you’re referring to ko2/3.
I’m referring to all the model tires in general as I did not see op state a specific tire.
Those tires will have less hangup compared to a 13.5 wide tire or any of the mud tires.

There are to many threads on here that show if articulation is required you will need to trim inside the wheel wells at a minimum.

Yep, you already have beefier tie rods, so you should be good there.
That rack is out of the Braptor, so it's meant for 37s from the factory.

I'd definitely look into the JKS clearance kit for the crash bars.
