Already hav a Big Bend 4dr SAS with 6100s installed adding around a 2 inch level.

Considering...Installing 37 KO2s with zero offset wheels and ICON UCAs.

Will this work and be fully functional? Don't want it to look crammed and not be able to go over some good sized bumps.

Looks very good. Should be covering all your bases. Have fun and post pics!

Should be fine but at 2" lift but the UCAs are really not needed. The OEM UCAs actually are very good. If you do go with new the Icon tubulars w/ Delta II joint are the way to go IMO. Only other thing I would take a look at would be possibly upgrade the rear track bar. I'm only lifted 2"-2.5" and it caused the rear end to be 1/2" off center. I ended up going with a Metalcloak adjustable.

If I move to an RTR 0 offset wheel will it still be ok with my OEM UCA's/Tie Rods?

For the money, if you care about full articulation with no rub, and assuming you get some minor increase in lift with 6100s over stock SAS, I'd skip spacers and UCAs and instead opt for JKS max tire kit

Doing JKS kit myself here soon. Just picked up the KO2 load Cs last weekend

Does more poke/0 offset wheels create less or more rub issues?

I noticed that ARB has a panhard correction bracket listed in their parts catalaog. This would be the better solution since it would bring the panhard back to near level at ride height. Having the panhard level reduces the feeling of the rear end kicking to one side when hitting bumps with both tires at the same time like expansion joints on the highway.

Good question

Lots on b6g about this...which will lead others to say "jeez, how rude, do some research, the answers are already on here, wah wah wah" which usually means they don't really know that for a fact, they've just seen the chatter

Not affiliated with jks, but from their product notes:

"Full clearance through wheel travel at 2-4" of lift with 37x12.50 tires (17x9 to 20x9 with 4.5-5.5" backspacing recommended)"

- so if your 6100s have at least 2" of lift over OEM *base* suspension (hitachi), you're already in range there...

- I ordered new wheels as well, 17x8.5" +18mm offset, which equals 5.46" backspace- right at limit of jks recommended range. I believe, but am not positive, +0mm offset would put you in healthier section of that range
