Not saying there isn’t something wrong here, but there’s a lot more that goes into the A/C operation than just the temperature dial.More to the story... Took it to a dealer, and they couldn't find anything wrong. They said the tech said it was blowing at 35 degrees. Must have been Celsius, as it doesn't get anywhere near that cold in Fahrenheit! I checked it with a very accurate chef thermometer in my vents, with the air set on 67 degrees, and my thermometer shows 92 degrees! When I set it to Lo, it blew 59 degrees. Seems to be a massive difference in actual temp for just 7 degree change on ac dial. Guess I'll try another dealer

Ambient and interior temperatures/humidity play a huge part in how the HVAC operates and what the outlet temperature will be.
A/C should be checked when using max A/C,
Ideally around 70 degrees ambient with regular humidity after running for about 5 minutes.
Depending on other factors, 67 degrees on the dial may blow warmer air than you’d expect it to, but it’s all calculated by the HVAC module based off numerous inputs/data.
