2022 2 door big bend 2.7 w/mod bumper and skid plates. Was averaging 18-19 city 20-23hwy with stock tires but ever since switching to 33in K03’s I’m 16-17.5 city at best and all I can do is 18 highway. Discount tire said I had to update the tire size in the vehicle system but the dealership refused to do so b/c it’s only “set to stock size tires and it’s against policy to change the tire size in the system”. Anyone else run into this? I drive with a lead foot but I’m averaging 12.9 this tank with trip tracking , that’s gotta be incorrect b/c just average says 15.9. Don’t know what I’m actually getting
Dealership is correct in that they are not permitted to make the change.

Good news is that it is fairly easy via ForScan. If there is a local group, I'm sure someone would be glad to do it for you for a few cold adult snacks. If no one is local to you, then a dongle, windows laptop, and download ForScan will get you going. Don't be afraid to make changes.

They couldn’t change it if they wanted to. The Ford diagnostic tool doesn’t give them the option or allow them to do it.

I recently ran down and back up the 101 in Oregon at a relaxing pace. Was pleasantly surprised with 18.7 (computer) and an actual of 19.26 (speedometer is off .03% due to tire size). She doesn't like 80mph down the freeway though for mpg.....

2024 2dr 2.7, 10spd, 35.5" M/T Baja's, Flowmaster exhaust, 4.46 ratio

that’s decent since your tires are almost 20lbs heavier each vs stock.

Non-sasquatch with sas wheels/tires. 2.7l with FP tune. Shorter trips and remote start almost every time, so average 14-16mpg in the winter, 16-18mpg in the summer. Roadtrips, 20-22mpg.

I've only put 3000 miles on my 25 Badlands 2.7 but the mpg readout has always hovered around 22-24 for my mixed use, until today on a 100 mile mostly highway drive I see it's reading 19 and sticking to it. I don't know if either of those numbers are accurate. That's a little disconcerting, has anybody else see that much variation suddenly with their consistant, typical, driving? Or know of a possible cause that I haven't noticed?

You need to actually calculate it over several tank fulls. Reading the projected number is a ballpark number. And a big ballpark at that. There is an App called fuelly that works pretty well and is quick and easy to get accurate numbers. 19 is probably even a bit high.

Just got 21.5 MPG over 500 miles with 2.7 FP tune, 93 octane, 3000-8000 ft altitude, Rocky mountain highway, approx 7F, 70-75 MPH cruise with some WOT 96+ MPH passing, Blizzak DMV2 at 36 psi.

FP tune helped.

So what mileage are you guys getting on a 2 doors.
Mine is a 2023 Badlands 2 door Sasquatch 2.7 auto. I found using 93 octane at Costco gas only I get a very consistent 20 MPG...and that's even with me hammering the gas and the turbo boost up to 18psi...occasionally. I do have 35k on it so I'm guessing it's pretty broke in...

You have 93 octane at your Costco? We only have 87 or 91 in California....
