My 2012 Rubicon 2 door w stock suspension rides better than my HE.
Full disclosure - I am still running at 39 psi cold - but will soon lower to 36 (Goodyear’s recommended max psi) to see how much different it feels. At the moment I am favoring rough ride for better mpgs….

did you notice any drop off of mpgs at 35?
I did not.

I just measured the height and it’s pretty much the same as it was so the Sasquatch height does not really change, which is what I wanted.

I did a little more driving today. I would say that the factory Bilstein’s suspension is more comfortable. The bronco almost felt floaty.
With the new Hoss 3.0. The bronco feels like a totally different vehicle. I do feel more of the road, but I love the way the bronco feels planted.

Try 32 or 33 psi, even better. Now the trade-off is a bit more squish, slower, turn in, etc.

Also, you don’t drive a bronco for the gas mileage, you would get a Prius for that… 🤣

Or the cushy ride (it’s a truck, and drives like a truck), you would get a Cadillac for that.

PS: I do 35 PSI for my 35” BadSas stock GY Hoss 3.0 setup. Feels good. 39 PSI felt like rocks.

I have a tune on my 2.3, but why I should get a V-8 for that! 🤣

My 2 door Rubicon rode better than my HE, so that excuse doesn’t hold water. But the Bronco’s 39 psi recommendation seems crazy high so I will lower it and see.
As you have done! Question - at what point will the lower tire pressure warning be activated?

I believe at 30 PSI.

Thank you. So when people lower to 20 psi or so for rock crawling, as well as the warning light is there a constant beeping?
No, just a one-time warning. I go down to 18-20 on trails.

I dont remember it beeping at the offroadeo. I remember warning lights, but no audio.

Day 3 with the new suspension and a few more thoughts. I lowered the pressure in my Mickey Thompson pizza cutters to 38 lbs and that really smoothed out the ride. The tires were at 44 pounds when I picked it up. Not sure if the dealership did that or not. As far as nose dive while breaking, yes, there is still some nose dive, but less than there was before. The 2 door Badlands is heavier than the 2 door wildtrack so if the springs are the same as the stock on the wildtrack, weight should be factored. Overall, I think I love this new suspension package.
