Hi! Did you ever decide to go with these? I’m on the same boat. I have badlands 2024 non sas, would like to run 37s. With my budget I am being offered rough country lift kit with suspensions to get what I want. But wondering if I get this HOSS 3.0 kit and add body lift spacers if I could achieve what I want. Not a serious off roader but would like good suspension with my heavier tires.

If anyone has done this set up on badlands non SAS and achieved 37s please provide info!
I'm guessing these are the stock Wildtrack shocks so they would give you that Sas height. Here's my 2023 base Sas on the stock bilsteins with KO2 37's (which run a little small). They would rub a little up front on full lock but I also have 17x9 -6 offset wheels. I went up almost 2" in the front and 1" in the back with the adustble ProComp coilovers and I think I could have gotten away with just a 1" level up front running the KO2 C rated tires. After the lift, I had to install a rear trackbar relocation bracket but I kept the stock UCA's and they were just barely able to align it. If you go with smaller 37's, you might be able to run the Hoss 3.0 with a 1" level spacer up front, it would be interesting to hear if anyone has done just that.

My base Sas on stock susp and KO2 37's:

I just had the Hoss 3.0 suspension installed on my 2 door Badlands SAS. I ordered from Ford performance but canceled after three months because they are still back ordered. My dealer was able to source a kit. So far, I’ve only driven home from the dealership, which is only about 15 minutes away, but I can feel a big difference, not sure how much is attributed to the rear stabilizer bar. The bronco rides a little stiffer and feels way more planted. I can really feel it in the steering. Speed bumps and potholes are more noticeable. I’ll get some height measurements tomorrow, but it looks about the same as it was. I realize installing the stabilizer bar will reduce my articulation, but it came with the kit and I decided I’ll try it with and without then decide.

Does not the BadSas swaybar disconnect hero button solve that? Or is that not activated with a post-purchase install? (I’m a 2DR BadSas Hoss 3.0 option MY25 guy)

I’m not an expert with this stuff so I’ll just give you my guess. Disconnecting the front sway bar will give you more articulation, but not as much as there would be if the rear were disconnected as well.

Did your rig come equipped with a rear stabilizer bar as part of the Hoss 3.0?
Good question. I’ll look tomorrow.

This is not accurate

Having a rear sway bar, increases roll stiffness in the rear. That will also help with front articulation. The stiffer the rear is wrt to roll the greater the articulation in the front.

Three torsional springs in series; rear roll stiffness, frame torsional stiffness, and front roll stiffness. If rear stiffness increases then roll displacements (articulation) in the front increases. Kinda counter intuitive but that is how springs in series work.

Is yours a 2.3 or 2.7? If 2.3, manual or auto?

The 3.0 aftermarket kits come with the REAR stabilizer bar, different than the front stabilizer. When used with a non-sas bronco, it adds a rear feature not always present

I believe a Rock Jock or similar in the rear will give you the best of both worlds.

Rides stiffer, speed bumps and potholes are more noticeable? I was hoping for the opposite. Guess this isn’t the solution for my HE‘s rough riding suspension.

I didn't find my HE to ride rough, especially for an off road SUV.
I REALLY like the change since I have installed my Fox takeoffs.
The bigger the hit the more of an improvement it is.
I'm running a set off of a 4 door on my 2 door manual, so it is slightly higher and our of the softest ride range.
And I still wouldn't swap back.
I also run my tires at 35 which smooths the ride out a little.

Ford/Fox did a really good job with those Hoss 3.0 coilovers. If I were running a stock rig I wouldn’t change them.

My 2012 Rubicon 2 door w stock suspension rides better than my HE.
Full disclosure - I am still running at 39 psi cold - but will soon lower to 36 (Goodyear’s recommended max psi) to see how much different it feels. At the moment I am favoring rough ride for better mpgs….

did you notice any drop off of mpgs at 35?
