Does it reset the 3 year 36 month factory warranty for the top only if replaced or just a year? Does anyone know the terms on a part replaced within the original 3yr. 36mo factory warranty?
Yes, it's the longer of the 3-36 or the service part -- which for the top is 12 mos (and I forget what it is but I think there's a mileage limitation). I got the 12 mos directly from Ford. Edit: 12k miles like said above.

Ford does not give a shit. They will not lift a finger.
Correct, sort of. Caveat just below!

Your only option is to sue.
That option isn't going to be available (at least not for some time) as Ford will almost certainly fully replace this top under warranty. That said, when the time comes, and if there is an out of warranty failure, a Small Claims case will be a much better route than a full blown Civil lawsuit.

Ford knows this problem is extremely widespread...
They know exactly how widespread it is and in all liklihood it's not all that widespread. I've estimated the failure rate at between 0.1% and 1%. You can see my assumptions/calculations here. I guess you have heard of confirmation bias, reporting bias and hasty generatlization? They are all involved here...

Full disclosure, my entire top on my 2023 was replaced under warranty due to honeycombing well before 36k miles.

I’m in the middle of a full replacement now and what’s interesting is at the time I opened my case the tops were available. Now that we are finally ready to order, as I was waiting for Fore’s response to contribution, there is a 3 month backorder.

My top was fully replaced twice. The third cracked. Ford refused to replace it precisely because the cracking is widespread and they now consider it "normal." So much for your theory.

I’m not sure what your dealership is looking at, but they’re certainly not on backorder. I see plenty of stock available.
Maybe there’s something I can’t see though 🤷‍♂️

He said when you order by individual components there is no back order and it’s close to $12k. However when ordering the full replacement through ford performance accessories, it’s a 3 month back order. The part you showed looks to only be the rear section.

Is this happening more to the 4 door tops? Although, I heavily Rhino lined my top and my wife's HEL is painted white, but neither of us have had any issues with either of our 2dr hardtops...?

Is there truth to the post that Ford will no longer warranty for cracks and or honeycombing? I know there was a previous TSB for both.

No. The GSB is still valid. If it has the concerns listed, it is considered warrantable.

Yeah I guess I’m confused why they’re trying to buy the accessory kit. Is that the one Ford authorized them to get?
I think the accessory top has been on back order for a while now.

All of the individual pieces are available directly from Ford PDCs right now though. Including the middle and front sections.

They are trying for that because it costs half as much as all the components ordered separately. Which I agree with since I have to pay 20% of this. It showed in stock a few weeks ago when I was looking.

They will not allow you to pay to upgrade, I asked. Ford will only pay the dealer for like replacement. Meaning, if the part number they claim is not same as what came on that specific VIN (over the counter excluded), it will reject.

Yeah, I read (likely) your post on that. Despite that being utter nonsense and obviously so. That isn't inconsistent with my claims.
