I haven’t been on here for a few years. I was thinking about getting the tie rod kit from tricky dick but the link no longer works???
Is he no longer a Bronco owner??

Are people still having tie rod issues?

I was at Bronco Offrodeo and they told me that they haven’t had any but this was only after a few months since the TN location opened.

Just piece it together - can find everything on the kit at an auto shop or Amazon. I agree it was a nice kit he put together though and worth a couple extra bucks for him to put it together. He probably wasn’t making any real money at the price he was charging

I carry a tie rod and tools. But haven’t needed one (yet), I know a few people here have but its not as common as it was made out to be early on - and its a cheap and easy part to carry just in case it hits you or someone else on the trail

Is there a link anywhere for exactly everything I would need including all tools?

This is what was in his kit. Just add the spare tie rod.
  • Tool roll.
  • Tie rod end puller.
  • Needle nose pliers.
  • Brass hammer.
  • 12" adjustable wrench.
  • 8" adjustable wrench.
  • Boot clamp pliers.
  • New boot clamp.
  • Directions sheet.

Thanks you!

It’s the inner tie rod, correct?

Is this the part number?
MB3Z-3280-A

yup it’s the inner tie rod.

That should be the correct part number - at least it is for my 2023 Badlands. You could order MB3Z-3280-B for just the inner tie rod alone, but MB3Z-3280-A also includes a new boot and new clamps for just ~$10 more. If you have a failure, you likely can reuse your boot and the small outer spring clamp when installing the new tie rod, but will need a new large inner clamp (or temporary fix with a zip tie).
