"On-board" water storage solutions (2DR)

I have a 2DR that I am outfitting for multi-day trips. I would like to get some kind of water storage (and maybe dispensing) semi-permanently attached to my Bronco. I want something "inside" the vehicle and somehow attached/mounted (for example, to the rollbars) to use up as little a space as possible in my 2DR.

2-5 gallons is the capacity I'm looking for -- don't want to haul around a ton of water all the time, hah.

Looking for ideas of what other people have done.

Something like this (which could attach to rollbars):

Also, I would prefer something not plastic because I'm not a big fan of PFAS spiced water.

I use the dometic go jug mounted to my seat delete floor, using inserts in the floor and the American Adventure Lab mount. When I'm not needing the water I just remove the mount.

On longer trips or where I need potable water also then I bring rotopax mounted to built right molle panel.

If you want stainless ive seen some vanlife people use 2.5 gallon beer kegs.

Do you have a build thread or can you share more pictures of the fitment of the BuiltRight Industries MOLLE panel with the AAL 2-dr side MOLLE panel? This is the first time that I'm seeing the two.

Here's an interesting option that I saw yesterday - 10gal that fits over the rear footwell? Not sure if it'll clear a 2D bronco but might be worth looking at.
