What did you pay shipped? How do you plan on dealing with the core replacement? What happens when they receive a 2021-2024 cluster?
It was $1355 shipped which is considerably cheaper than from my local dealership.

I’m just going to send it back and see what happens. I believe even if they don’t accept the core I’m where I would have been had I bought it locally.

Ok boys, I'm officially swapped to a 25' cluster. Two things I'd like to change, one that may be specific to my Bronco being a high package.

1. The seat belt splash screen is incredibly annoying, I'd like to get rid of that asap.

2. My blinkers no longer sound through the audio system and I can barely hear them. I may be in the minority here but I liked the original tone and I'd like to change that back as well.

I really had no major issues, however when i tried to load the 2025 as built into the cluster Forscan would not read the file. This was because I changed .ab to .abt, when i reverted the file back to .ab the problem was solved.
Lastly I had a trailer tow module fault, but my Bronco does not have this module. I went into the IPC plain English as built and disabled trailer tow lighting and this fixed that fault.

If anyone can point me in the right direction for fixing the blinker audio and seat belt splash screen I'd appreciate it.

Wooo congrats! Haven’t figured out the seatbelt thing yet and an interesting note about the blinker noise. Mine is super quiet as well but I didn’t even think about it being played through the speakers previously.

Will dig into forscan again next week when I’m back home

Sounds good. I might stop by a dealer to see if this is a 25’ thing or a cluster swap thing.

I was not able to find the part for purchase anywhere online, and tbh $845 sounds too low. It's super important you get the exact part number mentioned previously in the thread, it needs to start with an S. To my knowledge it can only be ordered by an official dealer parts department though a special system as it requires you to tell them your mileage.
I have the cluster in and I’m trying to write the ‘25 as built IPC values and when I hit “Write All” it gives me “Gain security access failed - security key wrong” and “Service procedure has been interrupted”.

Any ideas? I followed the steps in our conversation above.

Disregard! I fixed it by deleting the vehicle profile and making a new one.

Thank you all for contributing to this thread. I am looking to do the same upgrade to my 21 Bronco.

As far as I understand (correct me if I am wrong):

1. Order the following parts:
  • N2DZ-78044D70-AA - Plastic bezel
  • S2DZ-10849-D - Cluster Service Part #
  • If they need the engineering part # it's S2DT-10849-BF
2. Find a similar spec 2025 bronco from autotrader and retrieve its VIN. Use the following website to paste that VIN to obtain the 2025 As Built IPC data for FORScan:
3. Open FORSCan and back up existing As Built data from the vehicle before swapping the cluster and bezel.

4. Swap the cluster and bezel

5. Open FORScan and write the 2025 As Built data for the IPC ONLY (do not write the as built for any other modules)

6. Done!

One question I do have regarding the 2025 As Build data from an existing 2025 VIN. My bronco spec below:
  • Lux OBX 2.7
  • non-sas
  • Tow Package
  • 4.27 gear ratio with rear lockers
The 2025 broncos I am finding online has all my specs, except for the rear lockers (therefore, I assume not the 4.27 gear ratio). WIll this be an issue?

Spot on! For the AsBuilt I think the only things that actually matter are options package (Lux) and transmission type. As long as those match you should be good

What was the total cost of the new gauge cluster, and what steps did you take to get it configured to your Bronco, i.e. correct mileage, etc.?

Is there anyone in the Denver, CO area that has successfully completed the '25 digital cluster upgrade? I have a '22 Badlands 7MT, and I loathe the OEM cluster. I haven't used Forscan before (although I'm an IT guy and could probably figure it out with some time), but I don't want to F up the Bronco (as is quite possible jumping into module coding).

Any assistance would be appreciated/compensated, just PM me.

For anybody that wants to see what a 7MT looks like, this is just me going through the gears in my 23' Badlands. Just completed the install today.

Thank you. Wow, they really want you to know what gear you are in.

Funny it's in Honky Huge Font on the 7MT, but on the 10 speed they won't tell you at all.

I *LOVE* this gear display. I swapped out my OEM 7MT shifter for the B&M sport, and it's REALLY HARD for service folks (and even I get confused a few times) to tell what gear it's in....this will make it a lot clearer than the current tiny icon. Good job Ford!
