2021 models don’t have the mounting locations for a rear swaybar. I don’t see any information about the install in the instructions. But, the kit says it’s compatible with 2021…hmmm

To anyone who has actually swapped out the front coil-overs, do you REALLY need to go as far as pulling the front wheel bearings out of the uprights?!?! That seems CRAZY!!!
No. There are different ways to do it. Ford will give you their official procedure but shortcuts can be taken. I unbolted the lower control arm from the frame. It gives you enough room to pull down the lower arm to get everything done. Just mark the eccentric bolts to get your alignment close when putting things back together. I did have to unbolt and swing my silly e-disconnect swaybar out of the way to get the rear eccentric bolts out. Regular swaybar may be different

2.7 and auto yes, no plans for heavy armor as off roading is scarce by me
It weighs about 200lbs more than the Wildtrak, so it may sit lower with the Fox setup, if your Badlands has the Sas package. A non-sas Badlands is suppose to sit 1/2" lower than a Sas Bronco.

Just to clarify, the suspension sits 1/2" lower on a non-sas vs sas. But the non-sas trim sits 1.5" lower since it comes on 33" vs 35" tires on the sas. Seems pedantic or semantics but other comments are using 1.5" and everyone is basically saying the same thing.

Sidenote, I do find it odd there aren't different springs for each trim level.

Buying a Bronco with this factory installed is one of my better decisions.

I have the FP Track Kit on my Mustang. It was very well packaged and everything works together well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this if I didn't get it from the factory.

...

Ford is now selling the HOSS 3.0 suspension kit standalone through Ford Performance! Comes with both front and rear coilovers, and a rear stabilizer bar. The wording in the product description suggests that it's intended for installation on a non-Sasquatch Bronco, but I don't see why you couldn't use it on a Sasquatch Bronco if you wanted—you just might end up with a stabilizer bar that probably matches the one you already have.

Weird that the prices aren't the same - 2-dr kit higher.

There are 15 or so different springs in the parts catalog for different build configs, curb weights, and suspension types.

But I'm sure even that doesn't cover all of the possible ways you order a Bronco. If you got all of the Sasquatch Broncos built this year and lined them up, I'm sure there is probably at least a 1-inch variation (maybe more) in vehicle height between the tallest and shortest.

I’m aware. But to clarify, I was referring to the 3.0 kit’s lack of spring rate options. 2dr vs 4dr as the only options means some wild differences in height front to rear across the trim ranges.

Could this be an alternative if I need the recall on the rear shocks?
I think the timing of this dropping the same day as the "repair" spec for that recall is 100% intentional.
A lot of people that thought they were getting new rear shocks, like me, just found out we're getting an RTV & hose clamp bandaid.
So yeah, I've already thought, hey maybe I'll just buy this kit instead.

Oh cool, so they have parts to complete the Bilstein recall for the Sasquatch models.

lol check the other thread - most people aren't getting new parts.
I was so heavy on the sarcasm and cynicism that you thought I was dead serious 😂
